Hours and Other Stuff
Check-In: 3:00 P.M. is our standard but call if you need to sneak in earlier to the Bailey Lodge, our staff at our Rocky Mountain vacation getaway can probably help.
Check-Out: 11:00 A.M. is that standard but if you need to cheat the time a bit just ask
Pets: All of our rooms at the Bailey Lodge in the Rocky Mountains except for our three Premium Suites are pet-friendly for an extra $20/night for approved critters. The catch is dogs must never be left in the room alone. You have no idea how many dogs who "never bark" bark.
Quiet Time : Please, from10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. please keep a lid on it. You have sensitive friends here you haven't even met yet.
Smoking: ABSOLUTELY no smoking of any kind in the rooms. On the deck is OK if your windows and doors are closed but, please, be respectful.
Marijuana: Yes, Mary Jane is legal in Colorado but, like cigarettes, absolutely cannot be smoked in the rooms or on the decks. As its smell is so strong, it is very offensive to many so, if you must partake while here, please find a more discreet location on the property.
Pond Fishing: Our pond is stocked with some really nice fish. We only allow, however, gentle catch-and-release in an effort to recycle those bad boys into some serious sizes. That means no bait and your lures must have the barbs pinched down (you know, more sporting). In truth, it's the fly boys who cleanup here.
Parking: The parking at the Bailey Lodge in the Rocky Mountains is normal, plus we can accommodate one semi truck or equivalent.
Bicycles: We do not have separate lockable storage but can supply you with a small throw rug if you need to store your prize inside. Our Rocky Mountain vacation getaway also supplies special rags in baskets for the dirty stuff.
Cancellations and Early Departures
Cancellations: must be received by 3:00 P.M. MST at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date or you will be subject to charges for one night's stay at the rate you had reserved.
Early Departures: The Rocky Mountain Bailey Lodge does charge for any early departure with less than 48 hours notice unless you have already stayed at least 4 days or we can sell you rooms.
Payments and Charges
Debit/Credit Cards: We do send a $1.00 authorization out to your bank at the time of room reservation at the Bailey Lodge. This is to verify the validity of your account which will expire with in 10 days. Some Debit cards do appear to treat authorizations as charges. We do not charge your card until the morning of your arrival and will leave your receipt for the transaction on the table inside your room.
An invalid credit card will automatically cancel your reservation. Please contact us if the credit card we have on file expires prior to your arrival date to ensure your reservation will not be cancelled.
Credit card check-in procedure: At check-in, the credit card on file will be authorized for all room charges plus a deposit of $150 to cover incidentals or to pay for any damages or loss due to any negligent behavior.
